Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the company using ScheduleDesk, and the person accepting on its behalf) and Deskcraft Toolworks LLC. By connecting ScheduleDesk to Jobber or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

ScheduleDesk is a team calendar and crew scheduling tool that works with your Jobber account. It requires a Jobber account that permits connected apps. Jobber is a separate company with its own terms; we are not affiliated with Jobber.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your Jobber login. You are responsible for who in your company has Jobber admin access, since any Jobber admin for your account can open ScheduleDesk. Keep your calendar feed URLs private.

3. Trial, fees and cancellation

  • New companies receive a 21-day free trial with full access. No payment method is required to start.
  • After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually in advance at the price shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by section 4 below.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply at your next renewal.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If ScheduleDesk isn't working out, email support@scheduledesk.app within 30 days of a charge and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked. This applies to your first payment after the free trial and to any renewal, monthly or annual, requested within 30 days of the charge. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. After 30 days a payment is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise; you can still cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Your data

You own your data. You grant us the permission needed to read from and write to your Jobber account as described when you connect, and to store the schedule data you create, solely to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle it.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use ScheduleDesk to break the law, to interfere with the service or with Jobber's API, to access another company's data, or to resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Changes you make are real

Crew assignments and visit dates you set in ScheduleDesk are written to Jobber immediately. Review before you move things; ScheduleDesk is not responsible for scheduling decisions, missed visits, or the accuracy of forecasts or AI-parsed entries. Always confirm anything the AI features produce.

8. Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. Jobber outages, hosting outages and maintenance can interrupt it. Support is by email at support@scheduledesk.app on business days, Pacific time.

9. Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deskcraft Toolworks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling and disconnecting from Jobber. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms; if we do so without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period. Data retention after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
